Big learning starts small. Early Etiquette gives your pup a strong start with leash skills, crate training, and socialization—building confident, polite behaviors from day one.

Manners On A Leash

For Dogs 6+ months

New to training or need a manners reset? We use leash work and food rewards to build recall, leash walking, and calm behavior in real-world settings.

Beach Walk Club

Wednesday’s 9am at Fort Fisher starting 5/6

The Moore Manners Beach Walk Club is a weekly, trainer-led pack walk designed to take your dog’s training beyond the backyard and into the real world.

Our Day School program is designed for busy owners who want real progress. Your dog receives focused, one-on-one training throughout the day to work on leash skills, basic commands, and minor behavior issues.  Elevate their day with real-world beach training or adventure outings—half-day options available.

Real-World Training: Adventure Outings

Custom Packages

Dreaming of a dog who can join you at the beach or relax at an outdoor restaurant? Our Adventure Outings turn real-life scenarios into training opportunities—building calm, confident behavior where it matters most. Available in flexible 3, 5, or 8-session packages.

I’m Katie Moore — NC native, former New Yorker, and lifelong dog lover. After years of training service dogs, I started Moore Manners to help everyday pups (and their humans) live happier, more balanced lives. Still juggling my ad agency, Imprint Digital & Design, on the side!

Meet Todd Moore —Katie’s better half and Moore Manners group class MVP. He’s a California native, longtime expat, and sports enthusiast. By day, Todd works in sales—and lately, you can usually find him with a pickleball paddle in hand, 🎾
